1. What is Varsity 365?
We are a video production company focused on exposing the talents of Philadelphia area high school athletes to media outlets, recruiters, and the general population (primarily through highlight reels and videos)
2. What is your mission?
We want to give exposure to Philadelphia high school sports with a top-notch, larger than life presentation.
3. What do you mean Philadelphia "area"?
We cover teams that are in Philadelphia-based leagues, and teams that are located in areas that are immediately near the city.
4. How do I find a certain athlete or team that you've covered?
Type it right into our search box that is located on the top right of our web pages.
5. How do you select which games to cover?
For our Showcases of the Week, we try to pick out "The Biggest Games and the Best Rivalries." We take into account team records, team history, series history, what's at stake in the game, and which players are involved.
6. I want to see a certain game or athlete covered. Can I request it?
We accept recommendations for games to cover for our Showcases of the Week, but that does not guarantee that we will cover it. If you are interested in our highlight reel services (where we can come out to a game, videotape one athlete for the entire event, and then create a highlight reel) click here. 7. What Video Services do you offer?
We offer video capture and editing services for athletes, parents of athletes, and event managers. We also can offer photography services as well. For more information, click here.
8. I really liked your Showcase of the Week highlight film. Can I order it on DVD?
Yes, we can put Showcase of the Week clips on DVD and have them mailed out to you for a small fee. You can make the request on our video services page.
9. How do you help athletes get recruited?
By showcasing Philadelphia high school sports on our various internet broadcast channels (which include our website, Youtube, Facebook and Twitter pages, and our Internet TV station that you can find on our home page), we try to maximize the exposure of the videos we produce. This opens the door for recruiters and college scouts to see some of the talent in the Philadelphia area that they may not have been able to see in the past, without even traveling to Philadelphia.
10. Who are eligible for Varsity 365 Awards?
Currently, we give out the majority of our awards to athletes and teams that we cover throughout the season in our Showcase of the Week games. We also have Play Hard Cards, that can be downloaded and given to athletes from anyone (a fan, coach, parent, teammate, etc).
